I stopped on the way home from Indian Land and bought a plain roast beef sandwich at Arby's as I hadn't eaten lunch yet, and had only drank a cup of coffee at home before leaving Lancaster so I was feeling hungry. I sat in my vehicle to eat it, while listening to music. By the time I arrived home, I was starting to feel nauseated, and barely made it up the stairs, into my apartment and to the bathroom as a wave of stomach cramps hit. It is now about 7 hours after eating the sandwich and I'm still a bit nauseous, and having bouts of diarrhea, achy, have a mild headache and not feeling well in general. The sandwich was literally the only thing that I had eaten before starting to feel sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache
