I ate at 11:30 am on May 20th
I had a regular size roast beef with Arby's sauce, a small order of curly fries, 4 piece mozzarella stick with marinara sauce and a small half-cut iced tea.

By 2:15-2:30 I started feeling nausea and a blinding headache, by 3:45 I started my bout of diarrhea. I couldn't stay awake and slept for 2 hours and woke up to more diarrhea, still a headache. Nausea, headaches, fatigue, and diarrhea still at 11:30pm | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache
