Brisket Illness, Severe Symptoms - Arby's, Harlingen Texas

I ate the Smoke House Brisket on 11-29-17 at 1:07pm with a senior drink. The sandwich was greasy with crispy onions and had what looked like raw bacon which I thought was the brisket. I was hungry so I ate the sandwich. My husband ate a roast beef sandwich. Around 8:30pm I started vomiting and I continued vomiting along with severe diarrhea. I got up 5 times during the night and each time I vomited 3 to 4 times each with diarrhea. My throat became sore. Next 2 days I could not eat or keep anything down. I remained in bed except the times I spent in the bathroom. Today is 12-2-17 and I am very weak and shaky, but able to hold down water, jello and part of a sports drink. When I get to feeling better, we plan to go and report this to the Manager. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Shaking, Soreness
