On 21/08/2024 Wednesday afternoon approximately 1.30pm i Bought a chicken and bacon triple wrap meal deal with a 500ml bottle of Cherry Coke and Walkers Cheese and Onion crisps. Half an hour after I ate the wrap I became very tired and needed to lay down. I woke up 5 hrs later needing to be sick. I then proceeded to spend most of the night being sick and had diarrhoea. It's now the 24th and I'm still getting diarrhoea but the sickness has stopped. It's been 3 day with sleepless nights and I feel awful. My stomach feels like I've got a jacuzzi on. The diarrhoea looks yellow and frothy which indicates I'm now not absorbing fats which is consistent with a inflamed intestinal tract | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
