Avocado ham cheese turkey sandwich, chicken thigh, watermelon, I put half an avocado on my turkey ham and cheese sandwich and ate a leftover chicken thigh and some watermelon pieces. Within 10 to 15 minutes started to feel a little numbness in my jaw and throat. Nausea brain fog and dizziness. Trembling in my hands and a little headache or pressure behind my right eye and the right side of my neck. Very thirsty. Temperature normal. To be fair I bought it from the discounted produce section and had it sitting on my desk a few days. It didn't look or smell bad, but there was a tiny tuft of whitish mold that I carefully cut around and didn't eat. I also ate a deli meat sandwich with cheese and Mayo, some watermelon slices, and a roasted chicken thigh. Nothing else seemed off or smelled or tasted funny. The deli meat and chicken came from here, the watermelon was from a church picnic. Symptoms lasted about 4-5 hours and slowly went away. After waking up this morning I feel completely fine.
08/26 Update: It seems I have a food allergy, and it is unlikely the symptoms were a result of food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Headache, Numbness, Dizziness
