I ate at Bahama Breeze on Saturday 8/24/2019. I ordered the island hopper appetizer, the rum punch and grilled tilapia, broccoli and beans and yellow rice. Mainly I ate the island hopper appetizer and the beans and yellow rice. I returned the grilled tilapia because it smelled off when it was brought out to me. The only thing that was different was that I ate the beef empanada from the appetizer and my husband did not. By 11 pm that night I had severe diarrhea, severe cramping and nausea. Symptoms still ongoing today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
