- comments: observed the exposed hand washing sink next to the 3 compartment sink not accessible for use and marked 'out of order. ' management instructed to repair and maintain the hand washing sink so it is available for use at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed chipped paint on the ceiling of the dish wash area above the dish machine. Management instructed to scrape and repaint the ceiling.

- comments: observed an end cap missing from the light fixture in the dish washing area. Must install where needed.
