- comments: observed ice machine located in upstairs bar mar kitchen and downstairs cafe by river kitchen with a build-up of black slime substance, dripping onto ice cubes stored at below ice bin. Ice is used for human consumption. Instructed to clean, sanitize and maintain. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005. Citation issued

- comments: observed several employees in the food prep area with no hair restraints. Instructed to provide and maintain at all times in the food prep area and handling food.

- comments: observed black tape on the vent located on the ceiling in the prep cafe area. Instructed to remove and maintain.
