Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, other: dizzinessSuspected source: Chicken tenders from Betsy's Bistro at Parkland College
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: other: They are ongoing.
Sick: Me
Additional information: I bought a small tray of three chicken tenders. They were under a warming lamp, open in a cardboard dish, accessible to patrons, no wrapper, no production time, no label of any kind. There was no worker present to make sure this open, unlabeled food wasn't tampered with. French fries and chicken are always sold like this. I've never had the severe, catastrophic diarrhea that I'm having right now from their food before, so I figured it was okay to purchase and eat them. I purchased the chicken tenders at 11 am, and at 1 pm I am having severe gastrointestinal issues. It is complicated by the fact that I am at work, which makes this doubly horrible.
