On Wednesday 12th November I ate out. I ate tempura crab (whole) and teriyaki salmon salmon with steamed rice and broccoli. The crab came with a peppery sauce., I felt nauseous in the early hours. Vomited approximately 6am. Then severe diarrhea every half hour through most of the day. I had a severe bout of vomiting 9pm and vomiting | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness
