Had omelette, grapes, banana and strawberry oatmeal and banana bread then seven hours later worst diarrhea of life. Had no symptoms then cramps so bad could see stomach shaking. Was on toilet for thirty minutes. Haven’t eaten anything else today. Omelette had ham, tomato and onion. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Shaking
