- High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed total of 51 flying insects. Observed 6 flying insects at soda station storage rack. Observed 6 flying insects in mop sink area. Observed 4 flying insects in bar area. Observed 5 flying insects on cook line next to flip top cooler. Observed 30 flying insects in ware washing area . **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2023-08-10: Observed 10 flying insects in kitchen area. Employee placed multiple new sticky fly traps up. Spoke to employee regarding where the fly traps are located and to relocate the ones over prep and storage areas before resuming operations. **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2023-08-10: Observed 6 live flying insects on cook line near sodas by kitchen entrance Observed 1 live flying insect in bar area **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2023-08-12: Observed 4 flying insects in bar area. Observed 8 flying insects in kitchen area. Manager was able to kill 2 flying insects. **Admin Complaint**
