Additional information: Day 3 and still very sick, 04.01.2025 purchased family meal of soups/sandwiches. Only 2 soups clam chowder. Of the two soups, only one eaten. One family member thinks she ate bad clam from Clam Chowder, next day foodborne illness. It's now Friday, April 4th and she is still suffering.
UPDATE April 8th:
She ended up going to the Emergency Room on day 4 and receiving i/vs_pain meds_cat scan to rule out appendicitis_blood/stool testing_treating with antibiotics. Turns out, the type of food poisoning she received is generally from POULTRY so it may not have been Boudin, unless her Turkey sandwich was the culprit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
