Went there for dinner yesterday at 6:30 p.m. I had the crab cakes and chargrilled oysters. I also at some of my friends mac & cheese and my other friends crab dip.I was the only one to eat the oysters at our table & the only one who got violently sick later.
I felt "off" after a few hours & thought maybe i was dehydrated (we were outside most the day swimming, etc & it was high 90s temperature wise). I drank only water from dinner until 12:45 a.m.
I woke up and had to vomit over & over again. It was violent and my stomach was cramping & twisting. I also had the chills and a slight headache.
The next 4 hours were hell. I vomited until there was nothing left & then vomited some more. Then I had watery diarrhea. I'd lay down to sleep & every 10 minutes or so the stomach cramps would escalate until I was able to have diarrhea again. I remember going back to bed (for the 8th time) and it was 4:29 a.m.
I haven't thrown up or had diarrhea since then. My stomach was still cramping most of the morning & I do have a slight headache still and I'm extremely exhausted. I've been able to drink some Gatorade and eat a little soup and saltine crackers.
I've never had food poisoning before but I think that's what this had to be. I was feeling good all day & then boom. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Chills
