On September 20, 2025 at approximately 1:45 pm my husband and I shared a chicken fried steak mashed potatoes white gravy and okra and cheesecake and sweet tea. 10 hours later after we were in bed asleep we were awaken by sudden stomach gurgling and severe stomach pain. The pain was horrific. Stomach pain was intermittent and relieved by diarrhea and would start again. I thought I was going to pass out. I was sweating profusely and vomiting / diarrhea at the same time. We were both really sick. I had a slight fever then chills and headache was the last symptom. The following day we were extremely lethargic. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
