I ate at Buffalo Wild Wings at around 6:00pm 4/22/2016 my dad and I ordered an appetizer of ultimate nachos and added chicken to it. Then for our dinner he ordered a hamburger and I ordered garlic Parmesan boneless wings , we then proceeded to have desert and that was it for the night. Around 12:30am my stomach felt bloated and crampy I immediately was forced to get up to the the bathroom and violently threw up about 5times. I tried to go back to sleep but kept waking up with diarrhea and was dry heaving because there was nothing left to throw up. The following morning I felt weak and had no energy with a pounding headache and body aches. I'm still Bed ridden now and can't seem to have it in me to get up or the room spins and I feel the nausea hit me. I've been drinking Gatorade and tried to have some chicken noodle soup last night but I don't have an appetite. I hope with some more reason and time passing I can get better because this is awful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Weakness, Bloating, Headache, Body Ache
