I had a coupon for a cheese burger fries and drink. I told them to add lettuce and tomato. It was about 12pm 7/24/2021 when I received these items. I ate about 12:30 pm. I started having symptoms about 1:30pm which included nausea, cramping, diarrhea and my stomach felt like it was on fire. I went to urgent care were they diagnosed me with food poisoning and replaced my diet. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps
