I went to have lunch at California Tortilla with my girlfriend around 1:30 pm. I had ordered the hard shell, beef taco combo and she had some sort of rice bowl. Around 7 pm I started feeling very tired, so I laid down and fell asleep until 9:30 pm. When I woke up, I was feeling very groggy and tried to eat a slice of pizza. Minutes after eating, my stomach was twisting and turning and I vomitted a few times. Vomitting made me feel much better but since then, I have been feeling very tired and fatigued. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
