Cereal Causes Stomach Upset - Cap'n Crunch, Lincoln Nebraska

This morning I woke up around 6 and got a bowl of cap’n crunch berries and enjoyed my breakfast until after I finished and got a terrible gut ache. It took probably about 15 minutes for me to throw up which were the most terrible 15 minutes of my life. It’s weird because I’ve been eating this cereal for about 3 days with no problems, but I’m pretty sure it has to be some type of food poisoning from this cereal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
