- comments: observed single service lids not inverted on front counter. Instructed manager to invert all single service articles to protect from contamination.

- comments: previous priority foundation violations not corrected from report #2622906 on 8-27-25:48- observed no test kit or irreversible registering thermometer for high temperature dish machine. Instructed manager to provide and maintain. 60-previous core violation not corrected from report #2589624 on 2-15-24:38 observed the side exit door with a 1/4" gap at the bottom. Must repair and maintain to prevent entry point for pest. Priority 7-42-090 citation issued
