Fish & Shrimp Dinner Illness - Captain D's, Somerset Kentucky

My husband and I got this for dinner on July 3rd. It was around 7 or a little after and he got it through the drive through and brought it home. We both got the fish and shrimp dinner with fries. I got coleslaw and he got green beans. Around 2am the following morning I woke up extremely nauseated but never vomited. I went back to sleep and when I got up at 7:30am I was still extremely nauseated and had chills. This lasted all day long on July 4th and then around 8pm I finally felt okay again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills
