Bloody Diarrhea from Burger - Carl's Jr., Happy Valley Oregon

Ate a Super Star Cheeseburger and fries on Saturday June 25th at approximately 5:30 pm. Bad stomach cramps began around 2 am Sunday June 26th followed by diarrhea, and a bloated stomach. Diarrhea then turned to a bloody mucus discharge that lasted about 36 hours. Went to the ER but not tests for type of food poisoning were conducted. I was given fluids and had blood drawn that indicated a bacterial infection. I was discharged about three hours later but discharge continued. Stomach began to eventually return to normal at about 72 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Bloating, Cramps, Mucus in Stools
