- comments: observed evidence of pest activity. Observed about 20 mice droppings in the pre-k room 110 in the following areas: on the floor in the storage closet, in the shelving units where supplies are stored in the classroom towards the back of the room, on the windowsill at the back of the room, and on the floors in the classroom. Instructed to eliminate pest activity, clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a), no citation issued

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed the mop sink in the engineering office; near the food prep area backed up. There was standing water in the basin. Instructed to repair said mop sink and maintain.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no receptacle with a lid in the locker room/ toilet room near the food prep area. Instructed to provide and maintain.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed one of the two outdoor garbage receptacles that had trash inside with a missing lid. Instructed to provide said lid on the said receptacle in efforts to avoid pest and maintain. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b), no citation issued.
