Cockroach infestation. An inspector visited in response to a complaint and found a live roach and a roach egg casing in an electrical outlet box near a refrigerator, plus one dead roach on a food prep table and 11 more around two sinks. Among other violations, there were five moldy tomatoes, food was stored uncovered in the refrigerators and the dishwasher wasn’t dispensing enough sanitizer. The restaurant had also been temporarily shut down because of a cockroach infestation in July 2021.
