On October 14th, 2023 I gathered with some friends to celebrate a farewell around 7:00pm, I was the only one on the table who got a meat dish (wagyu steak with truffle butter side of 50/50 mash potatoes) I felt a slight fever coming in 2 hours later my eyes got irritated, I ignored it and assumed it’s just seasonal allergies, I get home around 12:00am get ready for bed only to be terribly awakened in a sudden urge to throw up at 2:45am and it was horrendous I threw up for an hour and a half along with having diarrhea, total nightmare. I could not sleep until 4:30am and had to call off of work. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
