My daughter and I ate at Charleys on 8/26/2018 at around 1pm. We both ate the same thing which was a regular philly with cheese, onions, lettuce tomato and mayo with fries. I started having bad stomach pains like around 1am along with nausea. I started with diarrhea at 1:30am that kept me up the whole entire night from many trips to the bathroom. I came into to work on Monday and we I woke up I still had the same symptoms and I did not eat anything the whole day because I was afraid to eat anything because of how i was feeling. Monday night at 12:45am i started throwing up which also lasted way thru the night that I could not go to work on Tuesday. My daughter also experienced some diarrhea only and stabbing stomach pains. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
