8pm July 4th. BBQ chicken, ribs, queso cheese dip with meat, green beans, broccoli casserole. Woke up 3am with intense stomach pains that progressed into severe diarrhea, nausea, and eventually an aggressive fever with chills, muscle aches and pains. Fever broke following night. Looks like another incident reported two weeks ago at this location. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain
