My family and I went out to eat at Cheddars last night, March 23, 2018. I had the blackened redfish with crab sauce and 2 aides ( broccoli cheese casserole and a baked sweet potatoe). I ate half of everything on my plate but did not finish because my infant became fussy which is when we decided to leave. We took our food home in to-go boxes and stored them in the refrigerator as soon as we got home. I felt like I could finish my food last night, but I was so tired that I resolved to finish my food for lunch today and went to bed. Luckily for me, i did not finish the food because I woke up at 7 am today with excruciating stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, chills, a headache, dizziness, fatigue, and terrible watery diarrhea. I had plans this weekend for the first time in a long time, but I had to cancel because I'm stuck at home dealing with food poisoning! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Dizziness, Chills, Fatigue
