Raw Meat Policy Concerns - Chester's Hamburgers, San Antonio Texas

Going on the 48th hour of 3 sick children from food poisoning from this place. Health Department just called me 5/22/2018 Conf# 1014527884 (call 311 to verify). The health inspector noticed raw hamburger meat on the counter. I contacted owner and she confirmed this is a common practice when they are busy and have been doing this for 30 years and proceeded to inform me that while walking her Doberman in Hollywood park she was given a $300 ticket and told her husband they should stop giving discounts to police and he refused. She then proceeded to tell me about an outbreak of food poisoning of green chili years ago and received many calls and have since fixed the issue. After that she told me about her violent recent stomach virus. Obviously this was not pertinent information for me to know nor did I care. Your choice to eat at a place that admits to leaving out raw meat as per Chester's Policy on busy days. We will spend our money elsewhere. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
