10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed hot water at east cafeteria handsink at 85. 1 f. Instructed person in charge hot water at all hand washing sinks must be at least 100f. Engineers serviced the sink during inspection. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). No citation issued.

22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: noted improper internal temperatures of tcs foods in kitchen walk-in cooler: yogurt 47. 9 f, shredded mozzarella cheese 46. 3 f, cubed cheddar cheese 45. 3 f, boiled eggs 45. 4 f. Person in charge discarded and denatured aformentioned items and all remaining tcs items (leafy greens, yellow shredded cheese, sliced cheese, chicken base, chipotle base, veg base, garlic, string cheese). Approx. 80 lbs valued at $519 priorty violation#7-38-005. No citation issued.

33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: noted improper cold-holding temperature of kitchen walk-in cooler. Ambient air recorded 48. 6 f at time of inspection. Instructed to use other standing coolers on site and not to use tagged walk-in cooler until reinspected by chicago department of health (cdph). Tagged unit. Priority violation #7-38-025. No citation issued

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside dumpsters with broken lids. Instructed to replace and maintain to ensure tight-fitting lids. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(b). No citation issued

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: noted clutter in storage closets in first floor pre-k classroom. Children are served breakfast, lunch, and snack in the classroom. Instructed to elevate all items stored in closet on proper shelving (smooth and easy to clean and a minimum of 6 inches off the floor) to monitor pest activity properly.
