I ordered the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich (ColbyJack, White unbuttered bun, Tomato, Lettuce, Bacon, Honey roasted BBQ Sauce), and 1 Waffle Potato Fries. The food was for my father. He developed severe symtoms about 3 hours after eating the meal. Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and a brief loss of consciousness while using the bathroom. I was at work when I ordered the food for him. It was delivered by Grubhub. The food arrived sealed, so I've ruled out tampering from the delivery driver.
