My son had kids meal - chicken nuggets, fruits cup, potato fries and strawberry milk shake at 2.00 pm. In the night around 9 he complained of stomach pain which started getting severe. Then he was in severe discomfort and around 10.30 he started vomiting. Everything he ate the chicken and fruits were not digested and came out . He vomited around 5-6 times till 1.30 pm. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
