Cold Soup Causes Illness - Chick-Fil-A, Wilmington North Carolina

I went to chic fil an and ordered the grilled nugget meal and tortilla soup. I ate the French fries and the chicken tortilla soup. This was at about 2:30 on Thursday 11/21. I noticed as I was eating the soup it wasn’t hot or even warm at all. But I was so hungry I just kept eating. Within 2-3 hours of eating I started to feel nauseous,
Chills and began to have aggressive vomiting episodes and diarrhea. This lasted through the night into the next day. It’s now Friday 11/23 at 5pm and most of my symptoms have subsided I just have a headache. This was awful and knew I needed to alert someone. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
