I ordered a grilled chicken sandwiches for me and my mom, fries and nuggets, and a Dr Pepper soda. It was Friday afternoon, September 20th. We ate nothing else. By evening we had diarrhea and a headache. Today is Sunday, September 22nd. The symptoms have improved, but the headache is still persisting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache
