Severe Reaction: Chicken Sandwich - Chicken Salad Chick, Charlotte North Carolina

I had lunch on 09/24/22 around 1pm there. This was the only food I ate that entire day. Specifically, I had the Olivia's Old South Sandwich on toasted wheat bread, with grape salad, and strawberry lemonade. It tasted great. By 5pm, I was suffering from stomach pain and diarrhea. By 9pm, I was dizzy and nauseous. I started vomiting soon after and I was awake with simultaneous violent vomiting and diarrhea until 7am. It continued on and off through 09/26, with the toilet and garbage can being my only help. I was in the bed with weakness and dehydration until 09/28. I should have gone to the hospital.
