Additional information: Bought chicken wings from Sam’s club on 5/25/24. They were cooked to temp on 5/26/24. 12 hours later 11 people from the event we cooked the chicken at reported diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. The first 6 got sick within the same 2 hours of one another. The other 5 got it within the same 12 hours of the first 6. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
