Mex Bowl Sparks Digestive Woes - Chili's, Seymour Indiana

Yesterday (feb 9 around noon) I went with some friends for lunch. We ordered the three part appetizers-- southwest egg rolls, crispy cheddar bites, and chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were greasy and I probably would have cooked them a minute or two longer. I ordered personally the chipotle chicken fresh mex bowl with shrimp as well in it. Around 7:30 pm I became kind of gassy, and at 5:30 am today I woke up gassy and feeling horrible. I've been sitting on this toilet for 15 minutes so far. I am not happy. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
