I had a 6oz sirloin topped with shrimp with Mexican rice and fries. I couldn’t even finish my fries. I had the worst stomach pain. Diarrhea. Nauseousness and I threw up. This happened 3/8/22. I also felt so weak. I slept until morning. It’s 3/9/22. My stomach still hurts and I still feel a little weak | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Weakness
