My boyfriend and I ordered food from China Inn around 6:30-7pm on January 20th, 2019. Food came shortly after we ordered. In total we ordered chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, wonton soup, and crab rangoons. We chowed down right away. My boyfriend ate a bit of everything EXCEPT the chicken fried rice. I ate nearly the entire quart sized container of chicken fried rice. Around midnight I decided to go to bed, and about 30 minutes later I woke up to terrible stomach pains and the urge to use the restroom. I spent until from 12:30am until nearly 4am vomiting and have diarrhea in the restroom. Prior to eating China Inn all I had eaten were snack foods several hours before even deciding to get Chinese food. My boyfriend is totally fine, but he didn’t eat any of the chicken fried rice while I ate nearly the entire container. I am still feeling nauseated this morning, and committed shortly after trying to drink water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
