After eating a chicken bowl with pinto beans, brown rice, chesse, lettuce, and Guacamole, I immediately became ill and spent some time in the restroom and this was my night at well. I woke up in the morning same issue now with nausea and a fever. I have never felt this bad before. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
