I ate at Chipotle Thursday night, 1/21/16. I ordered a burrito with white rice, black beans, chicken, corn, mild and medium salsa and guacamole. On Friday morning, 1/22/16 I woke up feeling off and somewhat nauseous. I felt drugged! By that afternoon I was in my bathroom throwing up. No stomach cramps, just lots of vomiting, diarrhea and lying in bed shaking with a low-grade fever. I could not keep any food or liquids down. This lasted for two days and I lost five pounds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
