Chicken Bowl Causes ER Visit - Chipotle, Darien Connecticut

Had a chicken bowl with beans, cheese, tomatoes, corn, and guac on 2/17/16 at around 12pm. Woke up the following day at 7am with constant vomiting and diarrhea. By 12pm I was in the ER fighting food poisoning for the remainder of my day. Stomach is still unsettled as of today 2/20/16 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
