I had gone and gotten a chicken burrito and that night I fell very ill with diarrhea. The following day it got worse as I had the worst nausea all day followed by profusely vomiting out my entire stomach. Awful experience. Chicken Bowl Causes ER Visit

Had a chicken bowl with beans, cheese, tomatoes, corn, and guac on 2/17/16 at around 12pm. Woke up the following day at 7am with constant vomiting and diarrhea.
