Chipotle
Son had cheese quesadilla and some rice. Dad had bowl with barbecue, white rice, veggies, med salsa and lettuce. Son has been vomiting for last 12 hours every half hour and diarrhea and dad has just had stomach pain and diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
