Chipotle
Had 1/2 a carnitas burrito with corn salsa, hit sauce, pinto beans on 10/24. Also had chips and guacamole. Had the 2nd 1/2 of the burrito the next day, and started getting crazy gas and water diarrhea that evening. Have had water diarrhea, low grade fever, and fatigue ever since, and now vomiting today (10/28). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas
