Beef Tacos Trigger Illness - Chipotle,

Had hard shell tacos with beef,salsa and hot sauce, cheese, lettuce. Ate about 3 pm by 9 pm I had horrible headache (never get headaches) nausea, stomach cramps - stomach felt raw inside,queasy and about 2 am began violent vomiting. The lettuce and salsa were still identifiable. No fever that I noticed still feel horrible today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Fever
