I ate a salad bowl with barbacoa, brown rice, cheese, peppers and onions, salsa for lunch on 11/19/15. The next day I started experiencing diarrhea including large amounts of blood, with stomach cramping and severe gas. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Cramps
