My son wanted and was the only one so I stopped and got him a bowl (white rice, carnitas, mild, sourcream) at around 6pm on Monday 10/14/19. At 7pm he was crying because the pain in his stomach was so bad. Stomach pain, 2 projectile vomits and severe diarrhea for about 2 hours and he was back to normal. It had to be the food. He wasn't sick leading up to it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
