Bowl Causes Severe Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Friendswood Texas

Got a bowl with white rice, chicken, queso, and guacamole at roughly 5:30-6pm on Thursday 5/27. Ate the bowl and felt fine for a while until around 10-11pm I noticed a slight icky stomach feeling but nothing too bad to raise my attention. Go to bed and wake up around 3:30am. Crazy stomach cramps. I go to the restroom and have diarrhea and then I threw up, stomach felt decent so I go back to bed. 45 min later, wake up with the same feeling. Diarrhea, vomiting, chills, and weakness. I repeat this cycle until about 6:30-7am where then my body is so empty I can barely get myself back to bed and can no longer use the restroom or throw up any longer. Mild fever, chills, diarrhea, vomiting, and weakness. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Weakness, Chills
