I ordered the chicken quesadilla with black beans, mild salsa, and brown rice and felt full all day yesterday but when I got home I had the worst bowel movement ever! All night I was going to the bathroom and sick all today. Gradually getting better but I’m sad that this is not my first time getting sick after eating there but this will be my last because I can’t trust it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other
